Each pillar of the Mixtron Alpha design was chosen specifically for the demands of high-pressure misting — not adapted from it.
Five pistons arranged radially on a swashplate deliver overlapping pressure pulses that cancel each other out – the result is the smoothest, most consistent flow physically achievable in a compact pump. Your nozzles recieve exactly the same pressure at 6am and 6pm.
The rotary geomatry combined with direct motor flaging means there is no eccentric masss spinning, no coupling misalignment, and no piston-induced shock loads. Pipe fitting stay tight. Mounts stay secure. Systems run for years without structural fatigue.
At full operating pressure, the Alpha runs at remarkably low noise levels — making it the only serious choice for indoor mistingin food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratories, data centres and occupied buildings where noise is a compliance or comfort issue.
Technopolymer pump body: 40% lighter than metal, immune to galvanic and chemical corrosion. AISI 316 stainless stell pistons and wetted components: marine-grade, suitable for disinfectants, chlorinated water, and chemical additives. Brass inserts allow operation to 65’C for warm-water or heated mist applications
