These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by DOSECO Pumps (Pty) Ltd (‘DOSECO’, ‘we’, ‘us’) through www.doseco.co.za and through direct sales. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing any DOSECO product, you agree to these Terms.
All quotations issued by DOSECO are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to stock availability and may be revised if specifications or requirements change. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written order confirmation from DOSECO and payment of the agreed deposit where required.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. DOSECO reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of currency fluctuations affecting the cost of imported components. Payment terms are specified on the quotation. Standard terms for new customers are 50% deposit on order, balance prior to dispatch.
DOSECO delivers to all South African provinces via courier. Delivery is at the customer’s risk once the product has been handed to the courier. DOSECO is not liable for delays caused by courier services. Delivery lead times are quoted at the time of order and are estimates only.
DOSECO SM-Series dosing pumps carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover: (a) Damage caused by use with chemicals outside the stated compatibility matrix. (b) Physical damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorised modification. (c) Wear parts including diaphragms, seals, and valve assemblies. Warranty claims must be submitted to sales1@doseco.co.za within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be defective or incorrectly supplied. Returns must be pre-authorised by DOSECO. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
DOSECO’s liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied. DOSECO is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special loss arising from the use or inability to use DOSECO products, including but not limited to loss of production, chemical waste, or compliance costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
