We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window:
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions:
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Warranty:
Industrial products such as dosing pumps may carry manufacturer warranty depending on the model.
Restocking fee: R550 excl. VAT (R632.50 incl. VAT)
